We’re looking for enthusiastic and skilled tennis professionals to join our team. Whether you have a background in working with juniors, adults, or both, this is a great opportunity to be part of a thriving tennis community with strong player retention and a collaborative coaching environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead private and group lessons for players of all ages and skill levels—from beginner juniors to competitive adults.

  • Create dynamic, level-appropriate lesson plans that focus on fundamentals, strategy, and long-term player development.

  • Offer personalized feedback to help players reach their goals, whether that’s mastering basic technique or competing at a high level.

  • Foster a positive, respectful, and energetic on-court environment.

  • Work closely with fellow coaches to support our overall program structure and scheduling needs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Solid understanding of modern tennis fundamentals, drills, and teaching progressions.

  • Experience coaching both juniors and adults preferred, but strong applicants in one area are also encouraged to apply.

  • High level of professionalism, punctuality, and communication skills.

  • Comfortable working weekends and during peak hours.

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player.

Additional Details:

  • Flexible scheduling; up to 30+ hours per week depending on availability and demand.

  • Hourly compensation based on experience and lesson type: $25–$60/hour.
