RCW Athletic Club

RCW Athletic Club is a thriving racquet-sports community in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, built around great coaching, meaningful relationships, and the belief that sports can make people feel more alive.

Since coming under new ownership in 2020, RCW has experienced significant growth in membership, programming, and energy. Today, our club features 6 indoor hard tennis courts, 8 outdoor Har-Tru courts, 2 padel courts, a growing pickleball community, and fitness and wellness offerings—creating a year-round environment where players and coaches can continue to grow.

But RCW is about much more than courts.

Our mission is to help people feel alive through sports, movement, mindfulness, and human connection. We want our club to be a place where people feel welcomed, challenged, supported, and connected—and our coaching team plays a major role in creating that experience.

RCW has an active and engaged tennis community spanning beginners, competitive juniors, adult league players, USTA teams, and high-level recreational players. Our professionals have opportunities to build strong relationships, develop a meaningful book of business, contribute ideas, create programming, and make a visible impact on the future of the club.

We are especially excited to connect with racquet-sports professionals who are excellent coaches, genuinely enjoy people, bring positive energy to the court, and want to be part of a collaborative team that is continuing to build something special.
