ACTA is looking for a full-time administrative role as Pathway Director of
player development leading the planning, development, delivery, and management of all
programs and initiatives on red/orange/green balls. The breakdown of responsibilities in
collaboration with ACTA’s Director involves 5 to 8 hours of strategic private lessons, 8 to 10
hours of administrative work in relation to fitness, leagues, competition and coaching training,
and 25 to 30 hours of managing junior and adult clinics at all ACTA facilities. The Pathway
Director will also serve as a replacement when coaches are unable to teach.
Week to Week Responsibilities
• Integrate systems and knowledge ensuring smooth clinics & fitness
• Communicate the expectations about the ACTA pathway system
• Evaluate players during the session (placements, tournaments, work schedules)
• Interact with coaches in a professional and collaborative way
• Lead mandatory staff meetings & on-court trainings
• Supervise tournaments & create new opportunities for competition
• Promote player retention working directly with other ACTA coordinators

Requirements
• Experience (5 to 7+ years of running a high-performance program)
• Physical Requirements (year-round outdoor with commuting to multiple clubs)
• Professional Certification (PTR Level 2 or ACE, ACSM, ISSA, NASM, or NSCA)
