Daily grooming of 6 Har-Tru tennis courts and 6 Pickleball courts. Ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the tennis and pickleball courts and surrounding areas. This includes daily tasks like sweeping, lining, cleaning debris, and repairing minor issues. Additionally, the role may involve light landscaping duties, equipment maintenance, and communicating court conditions to staff.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Court Maintenance:
- Sweeping and lining courts.
- Squeegeeing and /or blowing pickleball courts.
- Removing debris from courts.
- Rolling and brushing courts.
- Checking net levels and repairing nets.
- Watering and removing excess clay from clay courts.
- Removing algae and weeds.
- Repair/replace zip ties on windscreens
- Sweeping and lining courts.

On Court Patio Maintenance:
- Removing weeds, leaves, and other debris.
- Cleaning and maintaining patio areas.
- Restocking cups/coffee station
- Cleaning and refilling Tenni -2 -Step

Equipment Maintenance:
- Maintaining cart, rollers, and brushes.
- Ensuring all lights, water fountains are in working order.
- Testing the sprinkler system.
- Communicating with the staff about court closures due to repairs.
- Maintaining cart, rollers, and brushes.

Facility Maintenance:
- Cleaning and maintaining the Racquet Sports facility.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the facility's patio area.
- Cleaning and maintaining the Racquet Sports facility.

Other Duties:
- Preparing courts for special events.
- Assisting members with ball machines.
- Communicating with staff about court conditions.
- May include general maintenance tasks like painting, custodial duties, and cleaning restrooms.
- May be required to perform basic handy work and light repairs.
- May be required to assist with various special events, community programs, and recreational functions.

Qualifications:
- Physical ability to perform tasks that involve standing, walking, using hands, reaching, and lifting.
- Basic knowledge of sports court and Har-Tru maintenance techniques.
- Ability to use and maintain equipment like rollers, brushes, and blowers.
- Good communication skills to interact with staff and members.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- May require a high school diploma or equivalent.
- May require experience in landscaping, maintenance, or construction.
