• Follow and help refine the Wakit Rakit coaching standards
• Keep the club fun, inclusive, and high-energy, on and off the court
• Help out with events and members experience
• Be a professional, approachable face of the club

As a Padel Coach, you'll work with players of all levels, from first-timers to competitors, and help grow a padel community people love being part of.

We'll train you in the Wakit Rakit coaching philosophy. You bring the experience, the energy, and the love for people.

What you bring

• 3+ years of coaching experience in padel, tennis, or another racquet sport (with solid padel knowledge)
• Experience coaching players of different ages and skill levels
• Great people skills and a natural, high-energy coaching style
• Clear communication and a team-first attitude
• Ability to run sessions that are structured and fun
• A reliable, positive, professional attitude

RSPA padel coaching certification required. We will then train you to our standards.

What we offer

• Competitive pay
• Training in the Wakit Rakit coaching method
• A supportive team that feels like family
• The chance to help grow padel in Texas
• Room to bring your own skills and specialties into club programming
• Room to grow with us as we expand to new cities

The salary range is based on a starting point as we truly believe with the right work ethic and customer experience focus this range could be much higher.

Send your resume and a short note about your coaching experience, coaching style, and any additional certifications. We can't wait to meet coaches who love people and love growing the game.
