Traditions Club Racquet Center, located in Bryan, Texas, is hiring for the position of Assistant Professional of Racquet Sports.  Qualifications: RSPA certified, 4.0+ playing level, tennis private and group teaching experience, able to work well with staff and members, self-motivated professional, experience with adult group drills, Pickleball experience a plus as we have a strong pickleball program as well. The Assistant Professional will be responsible for conducting group and private lessons in tennis, assisting and directing the implementation of new programs and events for both tennis & pickleball and helping orchestrate the Junior Tennis Program classes. The Assistant Professional will have the opportunity to also make extra income coaching the local private school tennis team. Must be available on Saturdays. Strong social skills and organizational skills are a must.  The compensation package includes 60% of lessons, hourly rate for working the pro shop and racquet stringing.
