COACHING IS A PROFESSION. WE TREAT IT LIKE ONE.
AlligatorShot Boutique Tennis Academy is expanding its coaching team and seeking three passionate, motivated tennis professionals to join our growing academy at Acton Racquet Club, Massachusetts.
We believe great coaching goes far beyond feeding balls or running drills. It requires understanding players, designing purposeful training sessions, developing competitive intelligence, and helping young athletes grow both on and off the court.
Our proprietary AlligatorShot 360° Development System integrates four essential dimensions of player development: Technical, Tactical, Physical, and Mental.
Every player deserves an individual development pathway. Every coach deserves the opportunity to become a better professional.
We are seeking coaches who are enthusiastic about player development, competitive tennis, and continuous professional learning.
Responsibilities include:
Delivering high-quality individual and group tennis training.
Working with junior players from foundational development through competitive and high-performance pathways.
Implementing structured training plans aligned with our 360° methodology.
Supporting individual player evaluations, progress tracking, and development goals.

Coaching certifications are valued but are not mandatory for every position.
We particularly appreciate candidates who demonstrate strong communication skills, professionalism, initiative, a genuine interest in teaching, and a willingness to learn.
$30–$60 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Part-time opportunities: approximately 8–25 hours per week.
Professional mentorship and continuing coach development.
Experience working within a structured 360° player development system.
Opportunities to coach competitive junior players.
A collaborative environment where coaches share knowledge and ideas.
