DIRECTOR OF RACQUETS OPPORTUNITY AT WACCABUC COUNTRY CLUB
The Director of Racquets (DOR) at Waccabuc Country Club (WCC) will lead an elite summer operation at a tradition-rich Club in Waccabuc, NY, in Westchester County. WCC programming and operations require a positive, innovative, and energetic approach. The successful candidate will be an exceptional teaching professional and engaging leader who values the Club's rich traditions, strong member relationships, and established racquets culture.
A focus on family and social-oriented activities for players of all abilities is paramount. Visibility, member engagement, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with Club leadership and committees are critical. The new DOR will work alongside the Club's long-tenured Director during the 2027 summer season, gradually assuming leadership and selected administrative responsibilities before taking over the Director role at the conclusion of the 2027 season.
