Overview

This apprenticeship offers an immersive education in player development, modern training methodology, and the art of long-term athletic progression.
About the Role
As an Apprentice Assistant Coach, you will understudy Coach Lewit in all aspects of his high-performance program. You’ll be on court daily, assisting with lessons, group sessions, and camps. You’ll learn cutting-edge training systems used to develop national and international-level players, with exposure to technical, tactical, and psychological development.
This is an ideal stepping stone for a young, passionate coach who wants to accelerate their growth in an elite environment while gaining mentorship and real-world experience.
Responsibilities
Assist with high-performance junior training sessions and lessons
Support tournament preparation, practice planning, and player development
Help with stringing, court setup, and administrative logistics
Participate in seasonal camps and travel for select tournaments
Learn through observation, hands-on coaching, and direct mentorship
Requirements
Passion for tennis and commitment to professional growth
Strong playing or coaching background (college level or higher preferred)
Dependable, motivated, and eager to learn
Car required for local travel
Honesty, professionalism, and a positive attitude are essential
Compensation and Benefits
