Position Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished and personable Part-Time Tennis Professional to join our elite tennis staff. The ideal candidate demonstrates complete command of the game, superior communication skills, and the ability to connect with players of all ages and skill levels. This position offers outstanding earning potential within an established and enthusiastic tennis community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide private and group instruction to adults and juniors of varying skill levels.

• Lead clinics, match play sessions, and themed instructional programs aligned with club standards.

• Engage members with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine passion for player development.

• Contribute to a team-oriented culture focused on service, excellence, and enjoyment.

• Support club events, tournaments, and social tennis functions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of tennis technique, strategy, and modern teaching methodology.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience teaching in a private club or high-end tennis environment preferred.

• RSPA or PTR certification strongly preferred.

• Proven ability to work effectively with both junior and adult players.

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience, plus strong opportunity for private lesson income within an active and loyal membership base.
