Head Tennis Professional
Tennis and Pickleball facility in Milton, Georgia is looking for Head Tennis Professional.

Position Overview:
Active Tennis and Pickleball HOA Facility, operating year round programming for all ages and levels.
Facility has active Junior Program from Red Ball to Tournament Players, along with active Adult Programming from beginners to AA ALTA Level.
Able to lead on court classes ranging from Junior Groups, Summer Camps, Adult Team Lessons and weekly classes and Private Lessons.
Often classes have up to 4 Professionals, able to coordinate and work in unison with other staff.
Must be willing to manage league play including weekends as assigned by Tennis Director.

Candidate must be RSPA or PTR Certified, previous Tennis Director or Head Professional a plus or strong history as part of a successful program.
CPR Certified
Energetic, positive, and team-oriented
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and work colleagues
Strong time management skills
Pickleball experience a plus

Compensation derived from multiple streams including:
On court lesson commissions
Quarterly program bonus
Matchday management as assigned by Tennis Director
Program administration hours
