Located in the heart of Hudson, Ohio, one of Northeast Ohio’s most desirable and family-oriented communities, CCH is a vibrant private club poised for significant growth. • Proven experience building engaging tennis and pickleball programs for all ages and skill levels.
• Documented history of teaching all levels of tennis including long term teaching relationships.

Facilities

CCH’s racquet facilities feature:

• 2 hard tennis courts (lined for pickleball)
• 4 dedicated pickleball courts
• Proximity to the pool, indoor golf simulators, and social areas
• Additional half-court basketball spaces and shaded gathering spots—perfect for lessons, leagues, and events.

Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Management

• Design and lead dynamic programs that engage players of all ages and skill levels in both tennis and pickleball.
• Oversee lessons, clinics, camps, leagues, socials, and special events such as Member/Member, Member/Guest, and Parent/Child tournaments.
• Manage scheduling, registration, and court utilization to ensure top-quality experiences for members.
• Maintain courts, equipment, and supplies.

Instruction & Coaching

• Deliver group and private instruction with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Develop age- and skill-appropriate lesson plans and progressions.
• Organize and oversee competitive play and social tournaments.
• Provide constructive feedback and track player development.

Community & Club Engagement

• Collaborate with the Pool and Tennis Committee and attend monthly meetings.
• Attend Board meetings as needed.
• Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive environment that encourages member participation and club pride.

Compensation & Benefits

• Seasonal Salary: Starting at $20,000 Paid in accordance with Club payroll timing.
• Commission: Starting at 80% of all lesson, clinic, and event revenue (CCH retains 20% to reinvest in the racquets program)
• Additional Opportunities:

Expectations

• Responsible for basic maintenance (keeping racquets area clean) with bigger projects working in coordination with grounds department.
• Courts open daily, weather permitting, during posted hours.
• Professional management of all racquet operations, ensuring safety, quality, and enjoyment.
• Ongoing collaboration with club leadership to build a premier racquets experience at CCH.
