We are in search of a high-quality tennis coach to oversee and grow junior tennis program as well as instruct group and private tennis lessons.
Major Duties
· Create and manage a pathway of progression for junior players from age 3 to 18 and from beginner to advanced tournament level.
· Create and run USTA junior tournaments as well as adult tournaments.
· Develop, manage and staff all junior tennis programs.
· Instruct junior and adult tennis lessons.
· Develop and grow competitive junior camps, area training center and match plays.
· Player recruitment.
· Maintain junior tennis recognition board displaying results from tournaments as well as rankings.
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree
· Minimum of 3 years working in tennis industry as instructor and or club manager
· Collegiate tennis playing background preferred
· RSPA or USPTR certification

West Hills Athletic Club is a full-service facility that has 10 indoor tennis courts, access to 8 outdoor tennis courts on campus, 13 indoor pickleball courts as well as state of the art fitness center and pro shop. We are also home to the Western Michigan University men’s and women’s tennis teams.
