The Pro Shop Attendant position will work in the Racquet Shop and reports directly to the Director of Racquet Sports. This position is a part-time, year-round job and is focused on customer service oriented tasks. The applicant must have a positive and professional presence, must be a good communicator, and have organization skills. Job duties include: answering the shop phone, booking lessons and ball machine for tennis and pickleball, assisting customers with merchandise and accessory purchases, organize our bulletin boards with updated flyers, help promote club events and programming, assist in keeping the shop clean, and provide our club members with a positive and professional service. Our club has a very active community with an energetic lifestyle, and we are searching for an individual who can add to our positive and fun work environment. Experience in customer service is required.
