Kenwood Country Club is seeking a Head Racquet Sports Professional / Junior Racquet Sports Director to lead and elevate our growing junior racquet sports program. This role will also assist with adult instruction and other racquet sports areas while working within an excellent, tight-knit team that supports one another. This is a high-impact opportunity for an energetic, motivated professional who is excited to build something special and advance their career at a premier country club.

High-level playing experience preferred. Women are highly encouraged to apply. Platform tennis and pickleball experience are highly encouraged.

The last two professionals who have held this position have gone on to successful Director-level roles at other country club facilities, making this an excellent opportunity for professional growth and career advancement.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and grow a comprehensive junior racquet sports program

• Design and run junior development pathways, clinics, and camps

• Teach junior clinics and private lessons

• Extensive opportunities to teach adult clinics, private lessons, and programs

• Bring infectious energy and leadership to inspire juniors, families, and staff

• Support and promote platform tennis and pickleball programming

• Collaborate with club leadership and a supportive, cohesive staff to expand racquet sports offerings

Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience running and teaching junior development programs and camps

• High-level playing experience preferred

• Experience teaching adult players and programs

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Passion for junior development and overall program growth

• Positive, energetic presence and a team-first mindset

Compensation and benefits:
