Position Summary

The Assistant Tennis Professional supports the Head Tennis Professional in delivering high-quality tennis instruction, clinics, and programming for members of all ages and skill levels. This role includes a modest base salary with significant opportunities to earn additional income through lessons, clinics, camps and programs.

Key Responsibilities

·       Provide private and group tennis instruction for adults and juniors

·       Assist with junior development programs, clinics, camps, and leagues

         as needed

·       Help organize and run club events, tournaments, and socials as needed

·       Foster a positive tennis community

·       Maintain a professional presence on and off the court

·       Ensure courts, equipment, and facilities are safe and well-maintained

Qualifications

·       Strong teaching skills and passion for player development

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·       Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

·       Team-oriented, reliable, and member-focused mindset
