Position: Video Production Specialist
Reports to: Multimedia Manager
This is an internal RSPA position working out of the National Office in Lake Nona, FL
JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
This position requires professional quality shooting and editing of racquet sports video including: tennis, pickleball, padel, squash, and platform tennis, as well as the creation of educational videos for our certification pathways. Must be highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Media Encoder and Audition. Projects include (but are not limited to): On-line course content creation, racquet sports instructional videos, educational sessions, podcasts, marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional content.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. This job also operates outside of the office in various shooting locations in all types of weather.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Proper lifting techniques are required. This position may occasionally lift up to 25 pounds for files and computer printouts. During production, this position must regularly lift up to 30 pounds. Production days can be long and taxing and may take place in extreme heat and humidity.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and typical hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Travel
There is one week of travel required for this position to attend our annual World Conference and some additional travel may be required to various shooting locations.
