McLean Racquet & Health Club has 1,300+ members at an indoor facility, and earned $1.8 million for a Indoor/Outdoor tennis program. Currently, the club is renovating 3 outdoor pickleball courts and already has 50+ members who participate in monthly indoor social pickleball events and are starting to play regularly with the improved weather.
The club recently lost its planned Head Pickleball Pro, and needs someone interested in growing the program with pickleball lessons, clinics, indoor and outdoor socials, and tournaments and share in the profit. Minimum wage for directing programs and teaching members is $35 per hour based on a 50/50 cut of all programming organized and or lessons taught.
An introductory event would be on Sunday, April 12th. The club address is 1472 Chain Bridge Road, McLean, VA 22101 and the candidate ideally, would live relatively close to the facility. Please contact Griff Lamkin, 571-278-7795 or email me at mrhc.griff@gmail.com if interested in this position.
