We are offering a unique opportunity for a motivated and passionate coach to join our high-performance program as a Coaching Apprentice in beautiful Vermont.

This position is ideal for someone who wants to learn the craft of high-performance coaching at the highest level.

What You’ll Learn:

• Biomechanics and technical stroke development
• High-performance junior coaching systems
• The Spanish training method and player development pathways
• On-court coaching, feeding, and match development
• How to build and manage elite training environments

Requirements:

• Passion for coaching and player development
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Must love working with children and competitive juniors
• Reliable, professional, and coachable
• Tennis playing background preferred
