Blue Hills Country Club is a member owned private facility located in south Kansas City, MO on the border of Kansas and Missouri. We have 7 total courts with 5 indoor year-round that are climate controlled. Three of the indoor courts are lined for pickleball for 6 total pickleball courts. We are searching for a full-time Director of Junior Tennis to run our junior development programs as well as other adult private/group lessons. BHCC has a very active tennis playing membership. Much of our activity involves our ladies and junior programming. We have competitive adult teams and a junior program with many players having gone on to play college tennis. The junior director will oversee all clinics leading up to our academy level and assist with academy when schedules allow.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of teaching experience and be motivated to become a professional in the tennis industry. The Director of Junior Tennis will be involved in all aspects of the rackets department at BHCC including private lessons, group lessons, socials, tournaments, league organization, office hours, etc.…

All applicants must be highly organized, consistently arrive early for all scheduled activities, have good communication skills, have a professional demeanor, and be an ambassador for the club. Our membership is extremely welcoming with a family-friendly feel for whom we provide a high level of service. We have multiple employees that have been at BHCC for 10+ years.

Compensation will include salary, percentage of lessons, hourly rate, plus benefits when eligible.
