Job Description
Hamilton County Community Tennis Association (HCCTA) is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Site Director to lead youth and adult group tennis programs at our Carmel location. This role involves coaching players of all ages, managing assistant instructors, and delivering high-quality, engaging tennis lessons in a community-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead group tennis lessons for ages 4 through adult
· Provide fun, energetic instruction aligned with HCCTA values
· Train, supervise, and evaluate assistant instructors
· Maintain timely communication with HCCTA Executive Director
· Manage class logistics, attendance, and on-site program flow
Qualifications
· Passionate about tennis and youth development
· Outgoing, friendly, and confident leading groups
· Comfortable working with children, teens, and adults
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Reliable, organized, and able to manage time effectively
· Available to work evenings and weekends
· Experience with 10 & Under Tennis (preferred)

Pay
Pay is commensurate with experience. Starting pay ranges from $35 to $45 per hour, raises are given frequently. If program participation or new programs are created by the Site Director bonuses will be awarded.
Benefits
HCCTA has retirement and health insurance. Benefits are only available to employees that work 20 plus hours per week. HCCTA will work with employee to get the minimum hours needed if employee is interested in obtaining benefits.
