Position Overview
The General Manager is the cultural and operational heart of the club, the people-first leader who builds a community where every club member, guest, and team member knows they belong. The General Manager ensures that operations behind that experience performs.
This role requires both care for people and accountability for results. In this role you will guide and develop a team, own the club’s performance, and foster a culture rooted in engagement, inclusion, and continuous improvement. You will help grow the organization itself by contributing to the systems, standards and culture that RECS carries into the next chapter.

Compensation and Benefits
Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt, Regular
Salary Range: $63,000 - $76,000
The following benefits reflect the current benefits plan year
Health Care: Medical, dental, and vision coverage with the employer currently covering 50% of premiums for employees only.
Retirement: 401(k) plan with eligibility after one year of employment.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
The club operates seven days a week, from early mornings through late evenings. This role requires consistent, substantial on‑site presence across a varied weekly schedule to effectively lead operations, events and the team. Fast‑paced, high‑energy environment with frequent time spent in the club engaging with people.
