Eagle Watch Tennis Academy is currently looking for former college tennis players who are passionate about coaching and want to grow within a high-level, structured program.
This is not just a coaching position—this is an opportunity to build a career in tennis while working with a strong junior pathway and an active adult community.

Managed by Ripoll-Brenot Tennis Management LLC, the academy has built a strong reputation for excellence in player development, community engagement, and professional coaching.
With 12 lighted tennis courts, a fully equipped pro shop, and multiple pavilions, Eagle Watch Tennis Academy provides a welcoming environment for players of all ages and skill levels—from first-time beginners to nationally ranked juniors and competitive adults.

Eagle Watch Tennis Academy offers a comprehensive range of programs including:
• Junior Development Pathway: Red, Orange, Green, and Yellow Ball training.
• High Performance Academy: For advanced juniors competing in USTA and UTR tournaments.
• Adult Programs: Live Ball, team clinics, and private lessons for all levels.
• Special Events: USTA/ALTA tournaments, social mixers, match play, and holiday camps.
