RFPs: Request for Proposals: Head Tennis Professional & Court Renter
RPTC Openings Announcement Rancho Penasquitos Tennis Club (RPTC) is currently seeking proposals from qualified and enthusiastic instruction providers to join our team.
- 1. Head Tennis Professional
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head Tennis Professional to lead our tennis programming. This role includes overseeing coaching staff, organizing clinics and events, developing player programs, and promoting a positive and competitive tennis environment. Certification and prior leadership experience are required. - 2. Court Renter
RPTC is looking for a professional tennis instructor to provide private, semi-private and/or group instruction as a court renter. Responsibilities include coordinating bookings, instructing members and non-members, and the use of our court booking system, Court Reserve, to manage reservations and payment. About Rancho Penasquitos Tennis Center
Rancho Penasquitos Tennis Center is a 501c3 Non-profit formed in 1986 when there were only 4 courts. We currently have 12 lighted and well maintained courts. RPTC has a very active membership with Leagues, Events, and Lessons/Clinics. All proceeds pay expenses, maintenance, and improvements. We currently have a waiting list of over 500 waiting to become a member. This translates into over 5 years wait. RPTC is in the process of expanding, building 3 new courts, an office building, pavillion and two ADA bathrooms.
