Eagle Creek Golf & Country Club in Naples, Florida is seeking a dynamic and engaging leader to serve as our Director of Racquets & Wellness. This is a unique opportunity to shape and elevate a growing program within a highly engaged private club environment.
Eagle Creek is a member-owned private club founded in 1984 with approximately 481 members and annual revenues exceeding $10 million. The Club offers a welcoming, family-oriented atmosphere while delivering high-quality racquets, golf, dining and social experience. Our racquets and wellness facilities include five Har-Tru tennis courts, four Har-Tru pickleball courts, and a 7,000 square-foot fitness center.
At Eagle Creek, we are focused on continuing to enhance the overall member experience, and racquets and wellness play a key role in that vision. The Director will lead all aspects of tennis, pickleball, bocce, fitness, and wellness programming. They will also manage pro-shop operations, staffing, and the overall financial performance of the department, balancing a high level of member service.
This role goes beyond day-to-day operations. We are looking for an individual who can build a strong culture, develop a team, and create a sense of excitement around the program. From clinics and leagues to social events and wellness initiatives, the Director will drive engagement and ensure there is something for every member to enjoy.
We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in racquets operations: particularly tennis and pickleball within a private club, resort, or hospitality environment. Experience leading teams, managing programming, and delivering a high level of service is critical. A background that also includes fitness or wellness operations is a plus, as is experience with retail and budgeting.
Preferred Candidates will have current USPTA and PPR certifications; two to five years’ experience in a comparable leadership role within a private club, resort, or hospitality setting. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with a passion for growing racquets and wellness participation and enhancing the overall member experience.
This is an opportunity for the right individual to make a lasting impact at Eagle Creek, leading a key area of the Club while continuing to enhance the overall member experience.
Qualified candidates are encouraged to submit a resume and cover letter outlining their experience and interest in the position to communications@eaglecreekcc.org
