Live Oaks Tennis Association (LOTA) in South Pasadena is seeking an energetic, organized, and player-focused Tennis Professional to lead and grow our tennis program while operating a successful lesson and clinic business at our member-owned private club. 

Description:

-Independent Contractor Position

-Club Support Compensation Minimum $1,200.00 Per Month 

-Build Your Business/Income Potential/Active Community

Key Responsibilities:

-Organize and oversee tennis activities, tournaments, social events, and member events

-Coordinate four annual club tournaments/events (additional events compensation available)

-Provide private lessons and clinics for members, guests, and teams

-Serve as a liaison for member inquiries and club communications

-Support day-to-day operations including clubhouse supplies and court maintenance coordination

-Collaborate with the Board of Directors to enhance club programs and member satisfaction

-Help maintain a first-class tennis environment and foster community interest in the sport

Qualifications:

-Current RSPA Certification

-Prior Coaching Experience

-Strong Communication/Interpersonal Skills 

-Active Teaching Professional / Ability to Maintain Active Teaching and Hitting During Lessons/Clinics

-Resume and Professional References

-Current Cleared Live Scan Background Check

-Ability to Provide Comprehensive Insurance Coverage, Including General Liability and Worker's CompensationLiability
