 Role Description

 This seasonal May-September 2026, on-site role for a Tennis Professional is based at THE SAGAMORE RESORT in Bolton Landing, NY. The Tennis Professional will provide instruction to players of all skill levels, lead group and private lessons, and organize tennis programs and events. Responsibilities include maintaining and preparing tennis courts, fostering a welcoming environment for guests and members, and delivering outstanding customer service to ensure a positive and engaging tennis experience. Memorial Day -Labor Day 2026

 Qualifications

 Skilled player with USTA, College or Competition level ability

Expertise in Tennis and Tennis Instruction, catering to players of varying skill levels

Skills in Coaching and effectively leading lessons, clinics, and for individuals and groups

Proficiency in maintaining Tennis Courts and ensuring safe and high-quality playing conditions

Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Certification in tennis instruction or coaching is a plus

Previous experience in a hospitality or resort setting is an advantage
