Compensation: $50/hour (on-court instruction) | $15/hour (court maintenance)

Opportunity

Hidden Hills Country Club is seeking an energetic and experienced Tennis Teaching Professional to lead established clinics and build a strong private lesson book. This position offers 15–20 clinic hours per week, with significant opportunity for additional income through private and semi-private lessons.

We are looking for a motivated professional who can engage members, grow participation, and contribute to a positive, high-level private club environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 15–20 hours per week of adult and/or junior clinics

• Provide private and semi-private lessons

• Develop structured lesson plans for various skill levels

• Promote programming to increase member participation

• Assist with basic court maintenance as needed

• Support club tennis events and programming initiatives

Qualifications

• USPTA Certified (preferred) or equivalent teaching experience

• Proven experience teaching clinics and private lessons

• Strong communication and member engagement skills

• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated

• Ability to work evenings and/or weekends as required
