Position Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Tennis Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, supporting club programming, and fostering an engaging and positive environment for members of all ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach private and group lessons (minimum of 25 hours per week)
• Supervise leagues, teams, and tennis programs as assigned
• Maintain accurate class attendance and student records
• Monitor and communicate student progress regularly
• Promote club programs and encourage member participation
• Attend departmental and all-staff meetings
• Utilize innovative teaching techniques to motivate and engage students
• Arrive on time for all lessons in professional attire
• Follow all club policies and procedures
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the Director of Racquet Sports

Qualifications

• RSPA or USPTR certification required
• Minimum of two (2) years teaching experience
• Demonstrated playing proficiency
• Strong on-court teaching skills
• CPR certification required
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
