What You’ll Do

Run high-energy sessions for players of all levels

Own player development and overall experience on and off-court

Give clear, actionable feedback across all areas of the game

Build strong relationships that drive retention and trust

Actively sell lessons, clinics, and programs

Show up prepared, organized, and consistent every day

Work closely with the team to execute programs and daily operations

Support events, marketing, and community growth
What We’re Looking For

3+ years coaching experience

Strong communicator and relationship builder

High energy, reliable, and competitive

Comfortable selling and motivated by working toward goals

Organized and detail-oriented

Available nights and weekends
