Panama City Racquet Club in Panama City, Florida is a well-established active small tennis club with a strong membership base, thriving junior program, and a passion for growing the game. We are seeking immediate employment for a young, enthusiastic ex-collegiate or high UTR professional to teach our adult and junior programs including privates, groups and drills. Start with a base of 20 lesson hours with a goal to teach more as you get involved in our club. Rate of pay $50 per lesson to start. Can earn up to $60,000 if motivated to teach.
Our growing junior and adult programs would benefit from a motivated professional that could organize and run events.

Panama City Racquet Club is seeking a young, enthusiastic, and motivated Part-Time Tennis Professional to join our growing tennis program.
Pay: $45 per hour
Position Overview:
This role focuses primarily on after-school private lessons for junior players and adults, with additional opportunities on weekends and during summer camps. The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching, enjoys working with players of all ages, and brings positive energy to the court.
Responsibilities Include:
• Teaching after-school private lessons for junior and adult players
• Assisting with weekend programming as needed
• Coaching during junior summer camps
• Creating a fun, engaging, and development-focused learning environment
Qualifications:
• Played collegiate tennis
• Young, energetic, and enthusiastic about coaching
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to be flexible and adaptable with work hours and lesson schedules
• Comfortable working with both juniors and adults
Schedule:
• Primarily weekday afternoons and evenings
• Some weekends required
• Additional hours available during summer camps
