Governors Club is seeking a high-energy, career-minded professional who is passionate about teaching, building relationships, and sculpting a racquets program. Position Overview

• Lead both tennis and pickleball programming with equal energy and focus.

• Deliver private lessons, clinics, and group instruction across all ages and abilities (expect significant on-court teaching hours).

• Build and expand junior programming, including clinics, after-school programs, summer camps, and seasonal offerings.

• Create a pipeline that supports long-term member family engagement.

What We’re Looking For

• Full-time, flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and events. The schedule will align with programming needs and member usage patterns.

• Highly engaging, relationship-driven personality with a strong presence on the courts and with members.

• Genuine passion for both tennis and pickleball.

• Ability to connect with a wide range of players from beginners to advanced.

• Positive, professional, and enthusiastic on-court demeanor.

• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to outstanding member service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of teaching experience within a private club or racquets facility.

• RSPA or PTR certification preferred.

• Proven ability to deliver quality private and group lessons and develop programming for beginners, intermediate, advanced players, juniors, and social play.

• 4.5+ NTRP
