Position Overview
The Country Club of Virginia is seeking an experienced, engaging, and service-minded Head Squash Professional to lead and elevate its squash program. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to become an integral part of one of the country’s premier private club environments while delivering an exceptional racquet sports experience for members of all ages and skill levels. The Head Squash Professional will oversee squash programming, instruction, clinics, leagues, tournaments, and special events while building strong relationships with members and creating opportunities that encourage participation and strengthen the squash community. Working collaboratively with the Club’s racquet sports leadership team, the successful candidate will bring energy, professionalism, strong communication skills, and a member-first approach to the role, with a focus on growing participation, developing players, and creating a welcoming and engaging squash culture at The Country Club of Virginia.
The position will be based at the Club’s Westhampton campus, which features four state-of-the-art singles squash courts and one doubles court, along with aquatics, fitness, additional racquet sports facilities, and an 18-hole golf course.
