Tennis & Pickleball Professional – Full‑Time Position

About the Facility
Active, year‑round Tennis and Pickleball HOA facility offering comprehensive programming for all ages and skill levels. The facility features a robust Junior Development Pathway—from Red Ball through Tournament Training—as well as a thriving Adult Program ranging from beginner clinics to AA‑level ALTA teams.

Role Overview
The Tennis & Pickleball Professional will lead a wide range of on‑court programming, including:

• Junior groups 
• Summer camps
• Adult team lessons and weekly clinics
• Private lessons

Classes often include multiple professionals on court, requiring strong coordination, communication, and teamwork with fellow staff members. The role also includes managing league play, including assigned weekend responsibilities.

Qualifications

• RSPA or PTR Certification required
• Previous Tennis Director or Head Professional experience preferred, or a proven track record within a successful program
• Energetic, positive, and team‑oriented approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues
• Strong time‑management and organizational skills
• Pickleball teaching experience is a plus

Compensation Structure
Compensation is earned through multiple revenue streams, including:

• On‑court lesson commissions
• Quarterly program performance bonuses
• Match‑day management duties as assigned by the Tennis Director
• Program administration hours
