Assistant Coach Director Professional Full time

We are currently seeking a Racquets Professional to support all areas of our racquets program, including pickleball, tennis, and potentially platform tennis. Quality experience in pickleball and tennis is preferred; however, candidates who are eager to learn, teach, and help build each area of the program will also be strongly considered.

Our pickleball program, in particular, is looking for a leader and visible presence—someone who can organize, grow, and elevate the offering. Meanwhile, the KCC tennis and paddle programs are thriving and continue to grow each year, providing multiple opportunities for teaching, player development, and program expansion.

Several of our past Racquets Professionals have gone on to successful Director-level roles at other country club facilities, making this an excellent opportunity for professional growth and career advancement.

Kenwood Country Club, a Distinguished Club – Elite status by Boardroom Magazine, located in Cincinnati, Ohio seeks an ambitious Racquets Professional to direct our Pickleball Program and assist with the Tennis Program.  Kenwood features two 18-hole championship golf courses, a resort style pool complex, 4 hydro Har-Tru and 2 hard tennis courts/6 pickleball courts, in addition to 4 platform tennis courts.  The Club is in strong financial shape with annual revenues of over $20M and a significant waitlist for both social and golf members.
