PickleRage New Rochelle is seeking an energetic, team-oriented Pickleball Teaching Professional to join our growing team. This position combines on-court instruction with select club support hours to help deliver an exceptional member experience.
Compensation
- On-Court Coaching: $35 – $50 per hour
- League/Open Play: $18 per hour
On-Court Instruction
- Teach group clinics and private lessons
- Lead drills, strategy sessions, and supervised point play
- Assist with leagues, open play, and club events
- Help develop players from beginner to advanced levels
Qualifications
- Strong pickleball playing background
- Coaching certification (PPR, RSPA, etc.) preferred or willingness to obtain
- Prior teaching experience preferred
- Energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused
- Available for some evenings and weekends
