Position Overview

This hybrid role blends on-court coaching with front desk leadership and member experience. You’ll help grow our programming while also being the welcoming face of the club.

Compensation Structure

On-Court Coaching:
$30 – $45 per hour (based on experience & certifications)

Front Desk / Open Play Monitor:
$18 per hour

What You’ll Do

On-Court Coaching

• Teach clinics, beginner programs & private lessons
• Run drills, strategy sessions & point play
• Assist with leagues, tournaments & special events
• Deliver high-energy instruction focused on improvement and fun
• Help build programming and retain players

Front Desk / Open Play Monitor

• Greet members and guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Manage reservations, check-ins & program registrations
• Process payments for memberships, retail & events
• Answer phones and assist with member inquiries
• Promote leagues, clinics & upcoming events
• Maintain a clean, organized, high-energy lobby environment
• Support Open Play and other play groups, by organizing and playing in to make numbers.

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have strong pickleball playing experience
• Have coaching certification (RSPA, PPR, etc.) or are willing to obtain
• Are outgoing, professional, and customer-focused
• Can multitask in a fast-paced club environment
• Enjoy being both a coach and a host
• Are available some evenings and weekends
• Want to grow with a rapidly expanding pickleball brand
