Full-Time | Leadership Role
Eagle Watch Tennis Academy is seeking an experienced, passionate, and high-energy Under 10 (U10) Tennis Director to lead and grow our 10 & Under Development Pathway.
This is a key leadership role responsible for building the foundation of our junior development pipeline β€” from Red Ball to Green Ball β€” while creating a structured, positive, and performance-driven environment for young athletes.

πŸ”Ή Position Overview
The U10 Tennis Director will:
β€’ Lead and structure all Red, Orange, and Green Ball programs
β€’ Design and implement a progressive curriculum aligned with USTA 10 & Under standards
β€’ Develop clear technical and athletic benchmarks for player advancement
β€’ Train and mentor assistant coaches within the U10 pathway
β€’ Organize in-house match play and tournament preparation
β€’ Communicate consistently and professionally with parents
β€’ Drive enrollment growth and retention within the U10 program
β€’ Coordinate player transition into Yellow Ball / High Performance programs

πŸ”Ή Ideal Candidate
β€’ 5+ years of junior development experience (U10 specialization preferred)
β€’ Strong understanding of long-term athlete development
β€’ Experience with USTA 10U competition pathway
β€’ USPTA or PTR certified (or working toward certification)
β€’ Organized, energetic, and leadership-driven
β€’ Strong communication and parent-management skills
