Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and team-oriented Summer Racquets Professional to join our staff for the 2026 season.

The Racquets Professional will work closely with the Director of Racquets to deliver high-level instruction while maintaining a visible, positive presence within the club community.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional, looking to build experience, expand their teaching portfolio, and grow within a strong club environment.

Evening availability required.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach private and group lessons (juniors and adult clinics)
• Assist in building and expanding racquets programming
• Support cardio tennis and junior academy programs
• Assist with scheduling, court management, and member communication
• Maintain courts and assist with racquets facility upkeep
• Contribute positively to club culture and member experience

Qualifications

• Ability to teach players of all ages and skill levels
• Strong communication skills and team-first attitude
• Experience working with children preferred
• Current playing level of 10 UTR / 5.0 USTA or higher preferred
• Must be able to pass a CORI background check

Physical Requirements

This is an active position requiring stamina and conditioning to maintain a 30+ hour on-court teaching schedule in addition to off-court duties.

• Competitive compensation- base pay starting at $25/hour and commensurate with experience
