Immediate Opening – Full-Time, Year-Round Position

Bradford Bath & Tennis Club is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and experienced full-time Tennis Professional to join one of northern New Jersey's premier private club tennis programs.

This is an excellent opportunity for a career-minded professional to build a substantial year-round teaching schedule while becoming an integral member of an experienced and collaborative tennis staff.

Position Overview

• Full-time, year-round position

• Approximately 35–45 on-court teaching hours per week

• Minimum of two years of tennis teaching experience preferred (private club experience a plus)

Responsibilities

• Teach private and group lessons for juniors and adults of all ages and ability levels.

• Assist with clinics, camps, leagues, tournaments, social events, and special programs.

• Work collaboratively with the Director of Tennis and professional staff.

• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, teamwork, and professionalism.

• Be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly compensation commensurate with experience.

• Estimated annual teaching compensation opportunity of $90,000–$115,000 based on a typical full-time teaching schedule.
