The Dominion Club is seeking a Head Racquet Sports Professional to lead and elevate our growing junior sports program and assist with adult programming/instruction, including tennis and pickleball.  This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic, motivated professional eager to grow an already thriving racquet sports program and advance their career at a premier country club.

High-level playing experience is preferred, and women are highly encouraged to apply.  Pickleball experience is also highly encouraged in both instruction and playing.  This position will report to and work closely with the Director of Racquet Sports.

Responsibilities Include:

-Lead and grow a comprehensive junior sports program
-Design and run junior development pathways, clinics, and camps
-Teach junior clinics and lessons
-Teach adult clinics, private lessons, and assist in racquet sports programming
-Bring infectious energy and leadership to both juniors and adults in all aspects of the club
-Support and promote tennis and pickleball programming, including clinics, leagues, and socials
-Collaborate with club leadership and a supportive, cohesive staff to grow racquet sports

Ideal Candidates will have:

-Experience teaching both clinics and private lessons in tennis and pickleball, including both juniors and adults
-High-level playing experience preferred, but not the only determining factor
-Strong communication and leadership skills
-Passion for junior development and overall program growth
-Positive, energetic presence and an overall team player

Compensation and Benefits:

-Position is full-time and paid hourly while at the club working
-Paid % for lessons and clinics taught
-Paid for racquet stringing
-Use of club facilities (tennis, pickleball, pool, golf course, fitness center)
