Racquet Sports Professional – Junior Development & Padel Specialist

Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated professional with a proven track record in junior player development and a strong understanding of padel instruction and programming. The successful candidate will play a key role in growing our junior academy, developing future players, and helping establish Valley Hunt Club as a premier destination for tennis, pickleball, and padel.
Responsibilities
· Lead and grow junior tennis development programs for players ages 4–18.
· Design and implement progressive training pathways from beginner to competitive levels.
· Conduct private, semi-private, and group lessons.
· Assist with tennis, pickleball, and padel clinics, leagues, tournaments, and social events.
· Support the development and launch of padel programming for members of all ages and skill levels.
· Build strong relationships with members and families while delivering exceptional customer service.
· Assist with special events, camps, interclub competitions, and member engagement initiatives.
· Maintain a professional presence on and off the court and contribute positively to the club culture.
Qualifications
· Minimum 5 years of experience teaching and developing junior players.
· Strong background in junior tennis programming and player development.
· Demonstrated knowledge and playing/coaching experience in padel.
· RSPA (formerly USPTA), PTR, or equivalent professional certification required.
· Experience in a private club, academy, or high-performance environment is highly desirable.
· Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work evenings, weekends, and special events as required.
