Position Summary

The Philadelphia Cricket Club seeks a motivated Senior Racquets Professional to lead the daily operations, instructional programming, and strategic direction of a flagship racquets program at one of the most historic sporting venues in the country. Reporting to the Director of Racquets, this individual will serve as a visible leader within the membership, deliver high-caliber instruction, mentor a team of assistant professionals, and cultivate a vibrant, inclusive racquets community spanning juniors to competitive adults to recreational players.

This is a year-round, full-time position ideally suited to an experienced professional ready to take meaningful ownership of programming, staff development, and member experience at a top-tier private club. Tennis, Pickleball and Platform Tennis will be the key sports within this postion. 

Preferred

• Multi-sport racquets experience (Tennis, Pickleball, Platform Tennis)
• Experience developing junior tournament players and high-performance pathways
• Active involvement with the USTA, APTA, or USA Pickleball at the sectional or national level
• Prior experience at a member-owned private club
