Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Racquet Professional to join our team at Woods Hole Golf Club.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tennis instruction.  Experience with paddle tennis is a plus, and a passion for helping players of all ages and skill levels improve their game.

Responsibilities

• Provide private and group tennis and paddle lessons to adults and juniors.
• Develop and implement training programs tailored to individual player needs.
• Organize and run tennis and paddle clinics, camps, and tournaments.
• Maintain and promote a positive and encouraging environment for all players.
• Assist with court maintenance and ensure equipment is in good condition.
• Stay current with the latest tennis techniques and coaching methods.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Racquet Professional or tennis instructor.
• Strong knowledge of tennis and paddle techniques, rules, and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire players of varying skill levels.
• Certification from a recognized tennis organization is preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
