Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Tennis Professional to join our team at Southern Oaks Athletic Club. Southern Oaks offers a 9 court tennis facility with the potential for massive program growth. This full-time role focuses on player development, program expansion, and delivering a high-quality on-court experience for players of all ages and skill levels.

This position offers strong growth potential. With consistent performance, leadership, and program impact, this role has the opportunity to develop into a Head Tennis Professional position.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and instruct group clinics, junior programs, and adult programs

• Provide private and semi-private lessons

• Assist with program planning, organization, and execution

• Create a positive, energetic, and professional on-court environment

• Support player development across beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels

• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff

• Assist with events, camps, and tournaments as needed

• Represent the program and facility with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications

• Teaching experience preferred, but motivated candidates with strong playing backgrounds are encouraged to apply

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for growing the game of tennis

• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated

• Ability to work evenings and weekends

• RSPA (USPTA) or PTR certification preferred or willingness to pursue certification
