Racquet Sports (Pickleball and Tennis) Teaching Professionals | Summer 2026

The Sun Valley Elkhorn Association, nestled in the heart of Idaho’s premier mountain resort community, is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Professionals for the 2026 summer season. Our premier facility features 13 tennis courts (including 4 pristine Har-Tru clay courts and 9 hard courts) and 8 dedicated pickleball courts.

The Opportunity

We are looking for versatile pros who can deliver high-energy instruction for Pickleball and Tennis in a world-class mountain setting. The position runs from June 1 through Labor Day, with flexible opportunities to arrive earlier or extend into the beautiful Sun Valley fall.

• Instruction: 25–40 hours per week of private lessons and group clinics.
• Programming: Lead junior and adult classes, camps, and signature member events.
• Environment: Work within an exclusive community association known for its active, outdoor-loving membership.

Compensation & Perks

• Competitive Pay: Hourly on-court rate ($35–$60/hour) or a percentage-based structure (50%–60%), commensurate with experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking well-rounded professionals who bring passion and expertise to the court:

• High-Level Play: Candidates should be 4.5+ (or former college player) for Tennis or 3.5+ for Pickleball.
• Sport Proficiency: A strong background in coaching Tennis and/or Pickleball.
• Junior Specialists: A passion for growing the game through engaging, high-energy youth programming.
• Professionalism: A commitment to exceptional member service and a "team-first" attitude.
