Atlanta Athletic Club are seeking a Director of Pickleball for their 8 court dedicated facility.The Director of Pickleball Programming supports the Racquet Sports Director in all aspects of the pickleball operation and is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of the department.
This role serves as the primary on-site leader in the Sport. The Director of Pickleball Programming is expected to uphold the purpose and core values of the Club while delivering an exceptional experience for members and guests.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of experience managing pickleball programs at a private club, resort, or high-end recreational facility preferred
- PPR (Professional Pickleball Registry), RSPA, or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum 4.5 DUPR or equivalent playing ability
- Background in tennis instruction preferred
